You have experience working in SCRUM teams, understanding and working with AGILE Methodologies...
You have experience developing scalable high trafficked web applications
You can drive the SCRUM process for the execution of the project including organization and facilitation of sprint backlog review, sprint review, sprint planning and sprint stand-up sessions.
Experience with any programming language (Ruby/Python/PHP/Java/C# etc.
